Work started in November 2020 due to a generous grant from the Government’s Culture Recovery Fund which means the restoration work is now complete. Our next project ( which hopefully will begin in the summer of 2024) is for the decoration of the inside of the Church, construction of an accessible toilet with baby changing, and the upgrade of the handrail in the choir gallery ( H&S).

The Annunciation Church is a Grade 2* Listed Building, designed by the architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, and built in 1905/06.
